All four bedrooms are en-suite, above ground, light filled, have sea views and are well-appointed, with the top floor master suite having its own plunge pool and three balcony areas.

Ground floor
The villa is accessed via the rear of the property where there is ample parking for 4 cars. The ground floor comprises a stunning 30ft glazed atrium which floods the open-plan dining area with light. The extra-large dining table is great for family gatherings or entertaining, while sliding doors on either side open to contemporary indoor and outdoor living spaces. The left living area hosts the TV and music systems, coupled with a comfy L-shaped sofa and armchairs. The second living area to the right contains a library and comfortable seating, making it a lovely space for morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious, well equipped with high-end Samsung appliances and kitchenware and a long granite breakfast bar which doubles up as a drinks area come evening. Two sets of sliding doors open onto both the shaded BBQ and large dining terrace for lazy lunches and sundown suppers.

First floor
A sweeping spiral staircase leads guests up to a mezzanine overlooking the atrium. Three of the property's four en-suite king bedrooms are located on this first floor, while the master en-suite occupies the top floor. All bedrooms at The Residence are situated on the first and second floors, offering sea views and private balconies. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors fill the rooms with natural light and frame views of Kalkan's Snake and Mouse Islands. High-quality linens and towels complement the beds and walk-in shower rooms.

Second floor
The master en-suite bedroom spans the entire top floor, providing a spacious, private retreat with a spectacular coastal backdrop. Three sets of double sliding doors open onto two distinct roof terraces and a private plunge pool. The first terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, creating an ideal spot for evening drinks while watching the sunset. The second terrace features a double sunbed for relaxing in the sun. Mesmerising sea views can be enjoyed directly from the king-sized bed, and the space is finished with quality linens, fluffy towels, and a well-appointed bathroom.

Due to its elevated position, The Residence benefits from morning until evening sunshine. The wrap-around outdoor space is designed to comfortably accommodate guests across several distinct shaded and sunbathing areas. The main pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, parasols, and a large outdoor lounge sofa combination. A second shaded lounge area is set within the planted terrace, offering a cool space for relaxing with a good book away from the midday sun.

The spacious al fresco dining area features a BBQ and a large, stone-topped table seating at least 10 guests, making it a natural hub for entertaining. On the opposite side of the villa, the terrace hosts a full-size outdoor table tennis table for recreation, while a poolside raised Jacuzzi is perfectly positioned to take in the sea views.

The Residence is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Thursday market and start of the restaurant area in Kalkan.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey can be a steep uphill climb depending on your location. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
