Inside, the open plan living area comprises a cream kitchen with travertine and marble tiles, utility room, large dining table and chairs seating 14, and living room with sofas and large TV with satellite. Bedrooms all have en-suite facilities with hairdryers and large balconies with magnificent sea views. Accommodation is fully air-conditioned and is arranged over five floors as follows.

Lower ground floor - This floor features a gym and games room with items such as a cross trainer, weights and table tennis provided for guests' enjoyment.

Ground floor - The open plan ground floor consists of a lounge area, dining area, kitchen and utility room. The lounge consists of a large corner sofa, arm chairs, an additional sofa, iPhone docking stations and a TV with DVD player. The kitchen features a dishwasher and plenty of additional items for self-catering. Villa Falcon Exclusive has a dining table with seating for 14 guests. The utility room consists of a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate WC.

First floor

• Bedroom 1 - A king size double bedroom with sofa bed, bedside tables and large glass doors which lead to a furnished sea-view balcony. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 - A king size double bedroom with sofa bed, bedside tables and large glass doors which lead to a furnished sea-view balcony. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 3 - An en-suite twin bedroom with large mirrored wardrobe, a vanity area, bedside tables and access to a furnished sea-view balcony.

Second floor

• Bedroom 4 - A king size double bedroom with sofa bed, bedside tables, vanity table and large glass doors which lead to a furnished sea-view balcony. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 5 - A king size double bedroom with sofa bed, bedside tables, vanity area and large glass doors which lead to a furnished sea-view balcony. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 6 - An en-suite twin bedroom with large mirrored wardrobe, a vanity area, bedside tables and access to a furnished sea-view balcony.

Third floor

• Bedroom 7 - A king size double bedroom with bedside tables, vanity table area, en-suite shower room and large glass doors which lead to the private roof terrace.

Villa Falcon Exclusive features a 20m infinity pool with Jacuzzi area, BBQ, a large sun terrace with 14 sun beds, a shaded area for al fresco dining, outside shower, table tennis and parking space.

The infinity pool is 20 x 5m and 1.5m deep with the shallow end approximately 30cm deep. Specially designed Roman steps allow easy access. The infinity pool also has a built-in Jacuzzi, allowing guests to sit and cool down whilst enjoying the amazing view.

A large patio/sunbathing area offers 14 sun loungers, 2 of which are at the shallow part of the pool, umbrellas, and an outdoor dining area with a large table that seats 14 located underneath a pergola. The villa has a pleasant garden with various pot plants adding welcome colour and scent.

There is a BBQ adjacent to the shaded patio and dining area, allowing for alfresco meals. There is plenty of space for relaxing, with shaded spaces around the villa and comfortable seating.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey is a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

The villa has approximately 15 steps down to the entrance and may not be suitable for less able individuals. Parking space is available at the property.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

Villa Falcon Exclusive is situated next to another 7 bedroom villa, Falcon Lodge. Both villas can be rented together, offering the ideal opportunity for large families or friend groups to holiday together.

Towels and bed linen are provided and all are changed every 7 days as part of a thorough, full villa clean and the gardens and pools are cleaned every day.
