An open plan indoor space on the ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining and lounge area. A large L-shaped sofa faces a SMART flat screen TV, creating a comfortable space for guests to relax, while large glass sliding doors allow natural light to flood the interior and provide easy access onto the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with bar stool seating, and a circular dining table seats up to 8 guests. A double bedroom is also located on this level, featuring an en-suite shower room, vanity area and wardrobe, with sliding glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

On the first floor, there are three further double bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms each benefit from an en-suite shower room, vanity area, armchair and wardrobe, and share a furnished balcony with views over Kalkan's bay and the pool terrace below. The master double bedroom includes an en-suite shower room with twin sinks, a vanity area, armchair and wardrobe, with large sliding glass doors opening onto a spacious private furnished balcony with sea views. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The lower ground floor is home to two additional bedrooms. The first is a twin bedroom (which can be configured as a double on request) with an en-suite shower room, vanity area, armchair and wardrobe. The second is also a twin bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower room, vanity area, chair and wardrobe. Both bedrooms open via large sliding glass doors onto a shaded terrace with seating and sea views. This level also includes a well-equipped gym with treadmill, exercise bike and step machine, along with spa facilities including a vibrating lounger, massage bed, sauna, Turkish Hammam and bucket hydrotherapy shower. A small kitchenette and utility room are also located on this floor.

The outdoor space centres around a private infinity pool, complemented by a raised Jacuzzi that cascades into the main pool. A total of 10 sun loungers are positioned around the pool and Jacuzzi, with parasols providing shade. Adjacent to the Jacuzzi, a cabana offers additional seating including an L-shaped sofa and armchair. To the side of the pool, a covered raised terrace has been designed as an outdoor living area, complete with a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, a SMART TV and sound system. A bar area with sink, fridge and four bar stools allows for relaxed drinks with a view. Multiple swing seats and seating areas are positioned across the terrace to take in the sea views. Al fresco dining is provided by a large dining table, extendable to seat up to 12 guests, alongside a traditional stone BBQ.

Located in the Komurluk area about a 15-minute walk east of Kalkan's old town, white pebble beach and harbour, the villa is well positioned for watching the sunset. The Komurluk area overlooks the bay toward Kalkan harbour, with views across the town and towards the mountainside, particularly atmospheric as the lights come on in the evening. Nearby beach clubs offer platforms with ladders leading directly into the sea, with sunbeds set across tiered decking and lunch served overlooking the water. Options range from more family-oriented clubs with watersports to quieter settings for a more relaxed day, with many offering a complimentary boat shuttle to the harbour for guests using their facilities.

Kalkan is known for its harbour setting, beach clubs and a wide choice of restaurants, many with rooftop terraces overlooking the bay. The town combines a relaxed coastal atmosphere with easy access to the sea, along with opportunities to explore nearby beaches and historic sites along the Lycian coast.
