Living Area
The living area comprises a spacious, fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, with white marble work surfaces and a central island/breakfast bar. The spacious lounge area has a cosy feature fireplace with a built-in modern cast iron log burner for the cooler winter months. Also on this level, you will find a guest WC, utility room and a TV/entertainment room with built-in seating and large cushions. Large glass patio doors open out onto the one of the many furnished terrace areas ideal for simply sitting back and soaking in the magnificent views over the bay.

Several public beach clubs are just minutes away by foot and Kalkan's Old Town quarter, with its array of quality restaurants is a 10 minute walk away via steps and a pathway leading directly from the villa to the town beach. It's also possible to access the old town via water taxi from the nearby beach clubs to Kalkan harbour.

Self-Contained Living Quarters
The second section of the villa sits at the rear of the pool, housing the final two large double bedrooms which provide en-suite facilities. Glass patio doors open out to the pool terrace. There is a second living area, fitted kitchen and lounge diner, making this part of the villa a self-contained two-bed apartment.
