Ground floor
The spacious ground floor level is an open plan space comprising a living room and well-equipped kitchen-diner with all modern appliances including an oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water dispenser. A large dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests with bar stool seating and multiple large, glass sliding doors open out onto the al fresco dining area and pool terrace. 
The living room boasts a corner sofa, three armchairs and a large Flat Screen Smart TV on which guests can watch services such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime and YouTube with their own accounts. There is also a  Bluetooth sound system and a piano for guests leisure.

First floor
The first floor is home to the first two bedrooms which each have an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom is the Master bedroom with a Super King size bed and the second bedroom is a double bedroom with a King size bed, both of which have been perfectly placed to overlook the exquisite sea views. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, ceiling fans, air conditioning and share a large sea view furnished balcony.
Second floor
Two further bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and sea views, welcome you on the second floor. Villa Serendipity's roof terrace provides a panoramic and unobstructed view of Kalkan Centre, Kalkan Bay and the mountains, and is an excellent spot to take in the sunrise or sunset whilst lounging on the outdoor sofa seating. The terrace is also equipped with bar stool seating and a kitchenette including a sink, dishwasher and fridge.

Boasting a private infinity pool lined by sun loungers and a cantilevered deck that offers an additional space with sun loungers and a parasol to overlook the bay, Villa Serendipity's pool terrace is well-equipped for guests to spend a leisurely day at the villa and around the pool.
