The Glass House is one of a very small number of villas situated on the Turkish Mediterranean coast that has sea access and a private jetty/bathing platform. If your holiday villa should be all about space, comfort and choice, then the appeal of the Glass House is clear, it accommodates just 8 guests in 4 guest suites, yet offers two swimming pools, and a multitude of beautiful spaces in which to relax, dine, and have fun. Even the dining table accommodates 14 guests, just in case you would like to entertain.

Overview
This is a magical place…the very special location and palatial accommodation aside; there is a deep sense of well being and serenity as you relax into a stay here. Perhaps it is the connection with the sea, sky and mountains that is such a big part of your consciousness during a stay at this villa, or the expansive and beautiful gardens that extend via a walkway down to the sea, but your memories of this place will last long after you are bid farewell by the people charged to ensure an unforgettable holiday.
It has been the venue for extended family holidays, grand weddings and spectacular parties… even Bond has been a visitor here, but I'm afraid much as we would like to, we are not allowed to tell you which 007 it was. 
In designing The Glass House, the architects' brief was to provide a strong connection with the beautiful environment in which the villa sits, and this has been achieved to spectacular effect.  The views and changes in light as day turns to evening are incredible throughout the property and grounds.
Good interior design is subjective, but we think the care, attention to detail and good taste that the owner has brought to The Glass House further enhances the experience of staying there.  Art pieces, antiques and a mix of contemporary and classic furnishings work beautifully together to provide very comfortable, exciting spaces, many of which connect with pool terraces through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
Dusk reveals the very clever and atmospheric lighting throughout the villa grounds and terraces. It signals a distinct change in mood and feels like the perfect time to reach for a celebratory drink. As for dinner plans, it will be hard to drag yourself away, but if it is too much to bear we will bring Kalkan's fine dining to you. It's all part of the concierge service for our guests at The Glass House.
A welcome hamper offering some carefully chosen tastes of Turkey and the services of our guest services staff are included and a whole host of other services are available on a chargeable basis (paid in resort). Whether it is a special occasion, an indulgent holiday with friends or family, or an unforgettable wedding celebration, this extraordinary holiday villa is ready to welcome you as our guests. 

Upper ground floor, entrance level
The upper ground floor has a large open plan living space with the first floor gallery above. The lounge is equipped with a large SMART TV, wireless BOSE speaker system, an ornamental piano (this is not a functioning piano), local art works and comfortable L shaped lounge seating. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to east and south elevations give access to the upper pool terrace.
There is also an open plan kitchen with marble worktop and circular breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you would expect, as well as a large icebox, and open grill on the large island unit.
The India guestroom on this floor has a four poster bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the upper pool terrace through large sliding floor to ceiling glass doors. This room offers a good degree of privacy from the open plan living area.
There is also a WC on this level.

Lower ground floor
The Fuchsia double guest room on this floor offers lovely sea views through French doors, which give access to the lower pool terrace. It has an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes.
The Lemongrass guest room on this level offers a four poster bed, lovely sea views through French doors, which give access to the lower pool terrace, an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes.
Celebrity memorabilia, some funky and very comfortable furnishings and a large SMART TV and Playstation 5 make the media room a great place to relax and catch a movie.
There is also a utility room with a service staff kitchen and laundry room, with washing machine dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hob and also access to the lower pool terrace.
A generously proportioned and well equipped air-conditioned gym, with adjacent shower room completes the accommodation on this level.

Top floor
The master bedroom suite and large sun terrace occupy the entire floor.
A canopied four poster day bed for sunbathing and relaxation are the centre piece of a spectacular and beautifully furnished terrace.  The bedroom suite on this level features a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and sea views from the Juliet balcony. It is linked to the terrace via a galleried Mezzanine walkway.

Outdoor space
Private sea access with jetty/ bathing platform. 
There is also a freshwater infinity swimming pool on the upper ground floor terrace (approx L12m x W4m). Furnished terraces with 8 cushioned sunbeds and a large covered dining table for 14 guests, along with a stone BBQ and outside catering set up. Furthermore, there is a table tennis table and table football situated on this terrace. 
There is a large freshwater swimming pool on the lower ground floor terrace (approx L9m x W7m) with 4 cushioned sunbeds. Landscaped gardens with centre piece fountain and a covered Ottoman seating area.
Other outdoor features include:
- A raised Jacuzzi on the edge of the pool terrace.
- Stone walling with inset mood lighting
- Large lanterns for additional mood lighting.
