The Water's Edge 6 is one of three new one bedroom villas offering unique accommodation for up to 2 guests in Kalamar Bay. This truly welcoming and enchanting property benefits from a close location to the waterfront, a private plunge pool, sea and mountain views and access to a designated beach club style sunbathing platform area with direct sea access.
Indoor space
An open plan space comprises an equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a TV and master bedroom with super King size bed and en-suite shower room. Stone feature walls and modern fittings and furnishings complement each other, whilst large glass sliding doors flood the interior with natural light and open out onto the pool terrace where guests can enjoy the wonderful views.
Outdoor space
The outdoor space has been carefully thought out with a private plunge pool positioned to make the most of the views across the Mediterranean. The pool is accompanied by two sun loungers, an al fresco dining area and additional comfortable seating area for guests to relax. Guests can stroll down to the sunbathing platforms and waterfront for additional spots to enjoy the warm weather and to take a swim in the sea.
The property is part of a 7 villa development which shares a beach club style split level sunbathing area by the shore. Each property has its own designated area with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

The Water's Edge 6 is situated in a quiet part of Kalamar Bay over on the west side and provides its guests with a tranquil slice of paradise.
Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

The Water's Edge 6 can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The property was excellent and we had no complaints about it at all. The views were wonderful. The staff on site were extremely helpful, pleasant and a great help throughout. As were/are the staff back at the UK office. Due to the extremely hilly nature of the area, walking to the nearest local restaurants or amenities was unrealistic. I guess we would have known that though if we had been to Kalkan before. But we had a hire car, and taxis were easy. So we coped easily enough and made the most of what Kalamar and Kalkan had to offer. The location of the villa/s and access to the sea was easy, although we would say there was a fair bit of confusion around the areas each villa had access to down by the waters edge. Some were numbered, others weren't. Maybe needs a review going forwards?
