The main stone building centres around an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, with a spacious dining area for eight and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The living area is furnished with quality pieces and original artwork, creating a bright and comfortable space with direct access to the pool terrace through full-height glass doors. On the upper level, an en-suite bedroom with a king-sized bed features a contemporary glass-fronted shower room with adjustable privacy screens. French doors open onto two expansive roof terraces facing south and west, offering wide-reaching views across Kalkan and the bay. One terrace is arranged with sun loungers, while the other offers cushioned seating, creating an ideal setting for relaxed evenings. The second stone building provides additional accommodation, including a king-size double bedroom and a twin room on the ground floor, both with private en-suite shower rooms. This level also includes a small kitchenette with oven, grill, drinks fridge and chilled water dispenser, along with access to a large sun terrace, Jacuzzi and paddling pool. Upstairs, a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room opens onto a private roof terrace furnished with cushioned seating and uninterrupted sea views. On the lower ground floor, an air-conditioned gym is equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike, with a table tennis area located just outside.

The outdoor spaces are arranged across several terraces, each designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The main terrace is centred around a large infinity swimming pool, complemented by sun loungers, shaded seating areas and a traditional Turkish Köşk positioned beneath a pergola, surrounded by bougainvillea and olive trees.
