The accommodation is arranged over 3 levels with a roof top terrace. The property is fully air-conditioned and there is unlimited Wi-Fi provided for our guests.

Lower ground floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 - A small kitchenette and bedrooms one and two can be found on this level. Both bedrooms have king-size doubles and offer spacious and well furnished accommodation with access to a wide terrace with attractive native planting and some fabulous sea views. Both of these rooms are en-suite, one of which has a bath and the other a shower. The pool terrace can also be accessed by a few external steps down from the lower ground floor, so having the kitchenette on this level is very useful.

Ground floor:  An open plan space comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living area takes up the full space of the floor. Floor to ceiling glass sliding glass doors extend almost the full width of the living space connecting the internal living area with the terrace outside.

First floor: - Master bedroom suite (bedroom 3) has been designed to showcase the sea views and  features an apex ceiling adding character and a sense of space. Wooden flooring feels just right in this large whitewashed room which has an en-suite shower room, a king size bed, armchair and storage.

The lower ground floor bedrooms have access to a wide terrace with attractive native planting and some fabulous sea views. The pool terrace is furnished with cushioned sunloungers and parasols and offers sweeping panoramic views of Kalkan bay and the Mediterranean.

Exterior steps from the first floor lead up to the roof terrace, which is equipped with a BBQ, stone seating area and sun beds. It's a fabulous space to enjoy a sundowner.

The villa is above the  Mahal Beach Club, whose facilities are all available to guests staying at Villa Gunbatimi, including the wonderful waterside restaurant. Complimentary boat shuttle from Hotel Villa Mahal to Kalkan's old town and harbour are available to guests during the day. Local taxis are pentiful and easily arranged for the evening.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
