This villa accommodates 8 guests in four en-suite bedrooms and offers magnificent sea views from all floors and the private pool terrace. The Old Town with its charming array of excellent restaurants, boutique shops and bars is only approximately a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area, with comfy sofas set around the flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with six chairs and a breakfast bar with stools. Amply equipped for self-catering, the kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle and toaster. Large glass sliding doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace and provide views out to sea. Also situated on the ground floor is a utility room with W/C and washing machine. Villa Kiki is air-conditioned throughout and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests.
First floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two en-suite double bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with W/C and access to a furnished private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with W/C, walk-in wardrobe and Juliet balcony.
Second floor
Bedroom 3 & 4 - There are two en-suite double bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with W/C and access to a furnished private balcony. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed (can also be made up as twin beds), en-suite shower room with W/C, walk-in wardrobe and Juliet balcony.
Third floor
The third floor has a bathroom with shower, W/C and access to the large furnished roof terrace.
Outside
Large sliding glass doors open out from the ground floor living area onto the pool terrace with views out to sea. There is a covered alfresco dining area accommodating 6 guests on two dining tables, 8 sun loungers adjacent to the infinity swimming pool. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with a shallow and deep end.
Additional information
There is a small grocery store and a number of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from Villa Kiki and Kalkan Beach Park beach club is approximately 500m away.
For larger parties, there is the opportunity to book more than one villa. Villa Elia and Villa Hera is also located on the same road as Villa Kiki and has a similar layout. Therefore, any two or three of these villas could be booked together to accommodate a large group.
There is a pool table on the pool terrace.
