Ground floor: The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area, with comfy sofas set around the TV. There is also a dining table with six chairs and a breakfast bar with stools. Amply equipped for self-catering, the kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, sandwich-maker, kettle and toaster. Large glass sliding doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace and provide views out to sea. Also situated on the ground floor is a utility room with W/C and washing machine. 

First floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two en-suite double bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with W/C and access to a furnished private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with W/C, walk-in wardrobe and Juliet balcony.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 & 4 - There are two en-suite double bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room with W/C and access to a furnished private balcony. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, which can also be made up as twin beds, en-suite shower room with W/C, walk-in wardrobe and Juliet balcony.

Third floor: The third floor has a bathroom with shower, W/C and access to the large furnished roof terrace.

Large sliding glass doors open out from the ground floor living area onto the covered alfresco dining terrace with seating for 6 and beautiful sea and harbour views. Mature planting and trailing bouganvillea provide colour and scent. The private infinity swimming pool has ladder access and is 8m x 4m with a shallow and deep end and there are 8 sunloungers placed around the pool for relaxing in the sun. The pool and terrace offer spectacular views of the harbour which are particularly mesmerising at dusk when the bay starts to illluminate. There is also a pool table on the outside terrace for guests' entertainment.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

There is a small grocery store and a number of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from Villa Kiki and Kalkan Beach Park beach club is approximately 500m away.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

For larger parties, there is the opportunity to book more than one villa. Villa Elia and Villa Hera are also located on the same road as Villa Kiki and have a similar layout. Therefore, any two or three of these villas could be booked together to accommodate a large group.
