Guests enter into the open-plan living and dining area with double height circular glass frontage. Sliding glass doors and windows along most of the width of the living area create an almost seamless connection between inside and out. The kitchen is beautifully fitted with ample facilities for self-catering, should you choose to, the indoor dining area seats 6 guests and the lounge is home to a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and homely features such as books, artwork and indoor plants. Large glass doors provide access to the villa's pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 - With a separate entrance from the terrace, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower/WC on this floor.

Bedroom 2 - Steps lead up to the firtts floor mezzanine level where the master bedroom looks down onto the living area and benefits from the large windows. There are amazing views, even from the king size bed and the en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - The lower floor is home to the second master bedroom which has a king size bed and fantastic views of the bay. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The swimming pool terrace has an infinity pool where guests can enjoy the magnificent views and lush mature plantings. The terrace also has comfortable outdoor furniture and an al-fresco dining area.

The villa is above the Mahal Beach Club, whose facilities are all available to guests staying at Villa Gunbatimi, including the wonderful waterside restaurant. Complimentary boat shuttle from Hotel Villa Mahal to Kalkan's old town and harbour are available to guests during the day. Local taxis are pentiful and easily arranged for the evening.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
