Built on a 820-square meter plot, Villa Mila faces the stupendous scenery of the traditional fishing village of Sumartin. With Sumartin in the front and the Biokovo mountains in the background, the views are priceless. In the two closest villages of Sumartin and Selca, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.

The villa is built entirely out of the famous Brač stone with the roof covered by traditional Croatian old stone. Accommodating up to 12 guests, there are 6 spacious bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, each with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and their own balcony providing beautiful panoramic sea views. The villa is accessible for those with limited mobility providing an enlarged showering area with a bench and an elevator to access all 3 floors. Every room was thoughtfully designed with its own unique style.

The layout of Villa Mila is perfect for families or large groups. The generous use of glass and large sliding doors ensures the breath-taking sea view is preserved in every room. 

The villa was completed with top quality materials and refined luxurious interior art works from all over the world. The indoor and outdoor lighting were designed by a famous light designer from Munich. It is fully equipped with high-quality German furniture and features a state of the art professional kitchen. On top of this, the villa offers a sauna, a gym room, table tennis table, a private jetty and a mooring for yachts. It has a vast terrace of 350 square meters with an 11-meter-long infinity edge pool. There is the option to heat the pool for no extra charge.

Villa Mila is fully staffed with maids and a manager, acting also as a concierge who speaks 3 different languages (English, German and Croatian). A private chef can be booked upon request.
