Escape to Villa Stara, a brand new villa located on the waterfront of the beautiful island of Brac, Croatia. This villa offers a total of 420m2 modern, maritime-style interior space and boasts an impressive range of amenities, including four en-suite bedrooms, a professional kitchen, wine cellar, a living room with Smart TV, sauna and gym. The outdoor area is centred around a private infinity pool with a breath-taking view of the sea, island and mountains, and guests can also enjoy the additional privilege of direct access to the sea.
Located in the charming village of Selca, Villa Stara is perfectly situated for exploring the island of Brac where guests can visit local beaches, restaurants, cafés and bars. Guests of this villa can also enjoy exploring the islands stunning coastline with the villa's three bicycles, two single kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard.
Villa Stara's outdoor space features a L10m x W3m infinity pool that sits along the waterfront and is lined by sun loungers and comfortable seating options to accommodate up to 8 guests. Direct sea access via a small wooden jetty enables guests to choose between a dip in the pool or the Adriatic Sea, and the villa also features an outdoor summer kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue, making it an excellent spot for dining al-fresco with friends and family.
Furthermore, guests of Villa Stara can enjoy the stunning views of Sumartin and the Biokovo Mountains from the living room which features a large 6m x 4m window. Upstairs, the first two double bedrooms are located on the first floor and the remaining two double bedrooms are located on the second floor, all with access to a balcony/terrace space. The villa is equipped with all necessary modern amenities, including air conditioning, under floor heating, a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers, high-speed internet and an indoor fireplace.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €1,500 (EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
