Villa Andela is situated in an ideal location just 30m from the Adriatic Sea and the famous Saint James Beach, as well as being only 800m from the historic town of Dubrovnik. It is traditionally designed, with a few modern accents, and can accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 double en-suite bedrooms. The villa’s outdoor area also features a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
On the ground floor of the villa you will find 6 parking spaces, a reception area and a studio apartment for villa staff.
First floor:
The first floor of the villa is home to the guests main living area, which consists of an open plan living and dining area, along with the kitchen and access to the pool terrace. There are also two bedrooms located on this floor, one being the king-sized master bedroom with an en-suite and the other a deluxe bedroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Both bedrooms have a satellite LCD TV.
Second floor:
On the second floor of Villa Andela you will find a further to double en-suite bedrooms, each with a satellite LCD TV.
Third floor:
On the top floor of the villa there are two junior suites. The junior suites consist of a double bedroom with an en-suite, satellite LCD TV and sea view balcony, as well as a kitchen, dining and living area.
Outdoor space:
Villa Andela has a spacious outdoor area that features a private swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. There is also plenty of space for guests to relax and sunbathe, as well as an area for guests to dine al-fresco.
The villa also benefits from two extra W/C's, a library and wine cellar.
