This spacious and modern 6 bedroom villa is located directly on the seafront, with private access to a small beach from the villa via stone steps.

This villa offers privacy due to it's location,only 6 villas are located in Uljeni Bok bay.To get to the town center from the villa, one can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 5 minutes, or by boat, approximately 2 minutes. It's also possible to organize a direct transfer by a speed boat from the Split airport to the villa berth.
Sea level
Sea level - a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8m x 8m with two bollards for ships. It is possible to anchor ships up to 25 m on this private mooring. On the side there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline.
First floor
Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment No.1 (room 6m x 3m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used to sleep guests, or as a beachside summer house. Above the apartment, on the level one (I), is a terrace with benches with cushions and a low table. On the side is a wine refrigerator and a sink with running water. There is also lighting to help guests make the most of the evenings.
Second floor
On the second floor is a stone table with 12 chairs which can be used for breakfast, lunch and alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a W.C, bidet and a washing machine.
Third floor
The third floor comprises of two apartments with double beds, wardrobes and drawers. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, sink, and a shower. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, dishwasher and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation.
Fourth floor
On the fourth floor is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m) with external chairs and seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large indoor fireplace for roasting meat or fish. Inner space: one living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, and 2 fully equipped kitchens.
Fifth floor
Fifth floor - low loft double bed apartment with bathroom - used for auxiliary staff.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.

A €1000(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals.  The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
