Villa Camelia | TC4068 | Waterfront villa with private pool and direct sea access

This spacious and modern 6 bedroom villa is located directly on the seafront, with private access to a small beach from the villa via stone steps.

The Villa 
Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment No.1 (room 6m x 3m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used to sleep guests, or as a beachside summer house. Above the apartment, on the level one, is a terrace with benches with cushions and a low table. On the side is a wine refrigerator and a sink with running water. There is also lighting to help guests make the most of the evenings. On the second floor is a stone table with 12 chairs which can be used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a W.C, bidet and a washing machine. The third floor comprises of two apartments with double beds, wardrobes and drawers. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, sink, and a shower. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, dishwasher and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth floor is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m) with external chairs and seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a dining table and a large indoor fireplace. Inner space: one living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

Outdoor Space 
This charming villa is located directly on the sea, with an access to the beach in the bay Uljeni Bok. The bay is located in the west part of the town of Hvar, on the island of Hvar. The beach level - a beautiful private pier with sunbeds and parasols, and a berth for a boat up to 14m. On the side, there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children.

Getting to the villa
Villa Camelia located on Island of Hvar, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Island of Hvar would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Hvar Town. Villa Camelia is a 10 minute drive from Hvar port. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Hvar, ready for your onward journey and to explore the Island of Hvar during your stay.
