Villa Elegance can perfectly accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 double bedrooms. Located in Primošten, an old town located between Šibenik and Split, this villa is situated only 20m from the sea and close to the town and beach.
The villa is arranged over three levels and it comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, 7 double en-suite bedrooms, 1 guest bathroom and a sauna.
Villa Elegance also benefits from an outdoor heated swiming pool and several sitting areas perfect for afternoon coffee in the fresh Mediterranean air or admiring the sunset with a cocktail. There is also a dining area with a BBQ which is perfect for al fresco dining.
This property is well positioned a short walk from the well known Raduca beach and centre of Primošten. Although a small town, Primošten provides some excellent places to eat and drink, and there is some nightlife for tourists to enjoy as well.

A €1000(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival, in cash, for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
