Villa Elegance can perfectly accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 double bedrooms. Located in Primošten, an old town located between Šibenik and Split, this villa is situated only 20m from the sea and close to the town and beach.
Indoor space
The villa is arranged over three levels and it
comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, 7
double en-suite bedrooms, 1 guest bathroom and a sauna.
Outdoor space
Villa Elegance also benefits from an outdoor heated swiming
pool and several sitting areas perfect for afternoon coffee in the
fresh Mediterranean air or admiring the sunset with a cocktail.
There is also a dining area with a BBQ which is perfect for al
fresco dining.
Location
This property is well positioned a short walk from the well
known Raduca beach and centre of Primošten. Although a
small town, Primošten provides some excellent places to eat
and drink, and there is some nightlife for tourists to enjoy as
well.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €1000(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival, in cash, for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
