Villa Margareta is situated in Kaštel Lukšić, between the cities of Split and Trogir which are both listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The villa is approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach. The villa is fantastic for a large group of friends or family and provides plenty of space with a large kitchen, living and dining area, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym, a sauna, and even a tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2, and spreads over three floors. This villa can accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.
Ground floor:
The ground floor at Villa Margareta features an open plan living space with steps leading up to the well-equipped kitchen which is to the left and the dining area to the right and seats up to 10 guests, there is one double bedroom on the ground floor and also a staircase which leads guests to the first floor.
First floor:
On the first floor guests will find a double bedroom with furnished balcony and a walk in wardrobe, a twin bedroom and also a twin bedroom with two additional beds (80 x 200cm).
Lower Ground floor:
On the lower ground floor guests will find a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (one double bed and a single daybed), a gym, finnish sauna and a tarven with indoor fireplace.
Outside:
Villa Margareta's large outdoor space is one of its most captivating features, an array of trees and plants border the villas pool terrace and well placed outdoor lighting makes the perfect atmosphere for an evening sundowner.
The outdoor space also features a large swimming pool, shower and seperate W/C an outdoor Jacuzzi and childrens play area.
A daily clean is possible at Villa Margareta at an additional cost upon request.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €500(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival, in cash, for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
