Villa Korčula is located in the small village of Karbuni, which is home to some beautiful nature and along with a few other nearby islands is part of a protected area. The villa is a few kilometers away from the town of Blato and Vela Luka, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. It is only approximately 90 metres away from a small pebble beach.

Villa Korccula comfortably sleeps up to 14 people in its spacious inside area of approximately 560 m². The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 6 well equipped bathrooms of which 5 are en suites. 

The ground floor is made up of one bedroom, bathroom and a living area. This bedroom has a direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen and laundry quarters can also be found on this level.

On the first floor you will find the remaining 6  bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room and dining area. Staff quartes, accessed by a diffferent entrance, are also located on this level. 

The outside area of villa Korčula includes a  Mediterranean garden and private swimming pool, accompanied by an outside terrace. You will find plenty of sun loungers and parasols here. From the upper first floor terrace you will find excellent views over the swimming pool and out onto the bay of Karbuni.

Villa Korcula is equipped with 6 A/C units and floor heating system in all of the bathrooms. There is also private car parking and you are able to moor a boat.
