Villa Xanadu | TC3133 | 4 bedroom villa with table tennis, infinity pool and a roof terrace with Jacuzzi

Villa Xanadu was a magnificent "home base" to explore the Turquoise Coast. My husband and I were delighted as soon as we opened the gate. Beautifully manicured lemon and pomegranate trees shade the entrance herb garden. Past the garden, the view takes centre stage and once in your sightline, it is impossible to look away. Gorgeous: an infinity pool that looks like it is part of the Mediterranean with the islands of Snake & Mouse adding charm. The extensive patios, outdoor kitchen, dining and bar area were luxurious, comfortable and fun (pingpong!) Inside, the space was cool, artful and well designed. Attention to detail everywhere -- the bed linens were superior, the furniture and lighting excellent. We had friends stay over and still had complete privacy as this roomy 3 bedroom Villa has a very separate, lux suite with the same 5 star view. Top notch!

My partner and I have had the pleasure of staying at Villa Xanadu twice so far (June/22 and Dec/23) and have every intention of doing it again! We were wowed the minute we walked in the door. No matter where you are in Villa Xanadu, you're treated to an amazing, expansive and unobstructed view of Kalkan Bay and beyond. The property is designed to maximize luxury and comfort. (Not an easy combination to achieve!) From the beautiful furnishings and antiques to the gourmet appointed kitchen, no detail has been overlooked. Almost every day, we walked the short distance to Old Town to visit the wonderful restaurants and shops that give Old Town its charm. We would head back to Villa Xanadu - our personal paradise- as the day heated up to relax and revel in everything it has to offer. Convience stores and grocers are just steps away and its proximity to Kas and Fethiye make for fast and easy day trips. I would encourage anyone contemplating a trip to this region of Türkiye to stay at Villa Xanadu. I have no doubt that, like us, you'll be going back again and again!

This home is very special. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were impressed with this spectacular villa. Remarkable attention has been paid to every detail from the beautifully landscaped, private outdoor spaces to the comfortable and luxurious bedrooms. The main floor living spaces both inside and out are equally impressive . Beautifully appointed with reminders of old Türkiye from the artwork selected to the antique, tribal rugs scattered throughout the home. This villa is a fusion of both remarkable design creativity and sophisticated taste. As well, a seamless coming together of old and modern-day Türkiye. Besides the remarkable design aesthetic we experienced an equal amount of attention is evident in the more practical rooms of this villa. Everything that anyone could need or wish for is made available in the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. As a result, our group enjoyed a no-stress and want-for-nothing attitude during our entire 2 week stay. As well as the amazing accommodations we thoroughly enjoyed our frequent visits into the lovely town of Kalkan. We experienced many of the little boutiques that line the quaint streets and a number of its terrific restaurants. The people we met were warm and welcoming and encouraged our decision to return next year. What a thoroughly wonderful experience!

Villa Xanadu is an impressive, newly constructed (2021), well designed and tastefully appointed villa, located within a short walk of the old town of Kalkan. It is very spacious and comfortable with rooms spread out across four levels, each level having views of the sea and mountains. We loved the privacy of this hillside villa while still being close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. A terrific getaway experience!

We loved our time at Villa Xanadu!  The villa is spacious and beautifully appointed.  The owners have a keen eye for detail and the comfort of guests is clearly top of mind.  We thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool and also made full use of the lovely outdoor dining area, enjoying daily cocktails in the ocean breeze, eating al fresco and playing many rounds of competitive table tennis!  We will certainly return to delightful Kalkan and the wonderful Villa Xanadu!

Absolutely gorgeous property, with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Pristine, clean, modern and elegant. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely furniture and decor, and indoor/outdoor living at its finest, The patios and private infinity pool overlook gorgeous town and water views, and shops and restaurants are a short walk away. We would choose Villa Xanadu again in a heartbeat.

Lovely villa - without doubt the best one we have used in 15 years of visiting Kalkan - and great to be back. Used 'Wild flour' for villa catering who did us a fabulous Turkish BBQ at £35 a head. Kalkan restaurants were top of out list as ever and Yali Beach club is still our favourite

Wonderful villa with stunning sea views and everything you could wish for. Boat trips were marvellous and Kekova was lovely with the ruins and castle.

Our stay at Villa Xanadu was nothing short of perfect! Well equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful outdoor kitchen for al-fresco dining, every room beautifully designed and a spectacular view of this beautiful part of Turkey.

We had a private chef come to the villa twice. His name was Kazim. He made us a beautiful breakfast (mix of full English and Turkish) on one day and we had him back for a fabulous BBQ lunch - highly recommend!! He even brought his own BBQ with him and cleared everything away - and a great price of £35 each. He was also a lovely, friendly guy. Couldn't recommend enough.

We also did an excursion to Kekova and to the sunken city - another stunning part of this stunning Turkish coast line.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to return.

Villa Xanadu is really something to remember! Each room is elegantly designed with a cozy aura, combined with intentional features which bring all the spaces together. Across three floors there is a luscious amount of space for any group dynamic & the endless views across the Kalkan land & seascapes will not be forgotten! You never really know until you arrive whether a rented space will be too spacious (it's a thing!) or too snug without enough relaxing spaces for down time. Well fortunately this property was a real win for our group of 6 plus dinner guests. The space at Villa Zanadu is extremely versatile & there is easily enough space to dine indoors or out depending on the heat/sea breeze. Unlike many other villa's on offer, Villa Xanadu has the perk of neighbouring low lined & landscaped rooftops (below) - no looking over ugly water heaters & solar panels. It's a small detail but this really does smooth over the vista experience. As expected you will find everything you could ever imagine needing 'onsite' & with the added bonus of there being a well known supermarket just 8 mins walk down the hill, not to mention a handful of restaurants & cafes ... but like us I'm sure you'll want to spend all your time at the Villa. Thanks for having us! We hope to stay again!!

We loved our time at Villa Xanadu in October. From the minute we arrived we were treated to a stunning and memorable accommodation experience. From the antique Turkish pieces and textiles decorating the spaces with flair, to the expansive views (a special treat at sunset with the aspect of this villa), our stay was rewarding in every way. The villa has everything you could need including a gourmet kitchen equipped with chef quality utensils, a second outdoor kitchen, comfortable bedrooms each with own ensuite, beautiful pool and outdoor area, jacuzzis, table tennis table, and more - all with a feeling of luxury, privacy and relaxed living. We enjoyed the villa with friends and had a wonderful time. Ample restaurant options and boutique shopping in Kalkan, a maze of tiny cobbled streets to explore in the old town and many major tourist attractions in this area of Turkey. Treat yourself with a stay at Xanadu.

If you are planning a trip to Kalkan, this is where you want to stay! From the infinity pool and incredible sea views, to the gorgeous outdoor spaces for soaking up the sun and relaxing to the exquisite decor that blends Turkish antiques with modern furnishings, the owners have created a really special place with Villa Xanadu. It is exceptional! The spacious layout couldn't be better with an effortless flow throughout and easy access from indoors to out. All beautifully decorated, the bedrooms each have their own en-suite bath and balcony, affording privacy when you want to relax and have some time to yourself. The gourmet kitchen is perfectly appointed and outfitted with quality dishes and cutlery. We enjoyed taking our meals in the outdoor dining area which is so comfortable and relaxing and in the evening, it's absolutely magical! The gardens are well manicured boasting bougainvillea and lemon trees among others, which adds a beautiful, organic layer of visual interest to the outdoor space. And the location could not be more desirable with a host of fabulous restaurants, shops and cafes just a short walk away. Absolutely loved our time at Villa Xanadu! Sarah D. April 2022
