The property is a compelling marriage of contemporary architecture/interior design and has wonderful open sea and old town views from the generous pool terrace, rooftop terrace and many other areas of the light-flooded villa. Outside space, so important on a Kalkan holiday, is also particularly good here and nicely furnished for alfresco dining and relaxing. The 15m outdoor pool features a Jacuzzi, water loungers and a shallow children's area. In addition to the outdoor kitchen, there are also orange and lemon plants, water features and a sunken seating area where you can spend pleasant evenings enjoying the extraordinary view. The rooftop bar offers a spectacular view and is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. The location is convenient for Kalkan's vibrant old town dining scene, shopping and the beach at approximately a 15-20 minute walk away.

Indoor space
The villa's interior living space is light and modern, designed with an open-plan layout that seamlessly blends comfort and style. The well-equipped kitchen features a central island with an adjacent dining area comfortably seating ten guests. The lounge area boasts a large sofa facing a flat-screen TV, creating a cosy space for relaxation and entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors span the entire space, offering sea views and direct access to the pool terrace.

There are 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms (five doubles with a King size bed and one twin bedroom) all with sea views. The master bedroom with a balcony impresses with its size, an open-plan bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and extra dressing area, as well as a fantastic view. The rooftop bedroom with access to a large terrace also offers a spectacular sea and old town view, and a large bedroom on the lower ground level benefits from sea and garden views combined with a modern design and a free-standing Jacuzzi. A further two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom comfortably accommodate guests and benefit from sea views with either direct access to the pool terrace or a Juliette balcony. 

Outdoor space
The villa's expansive outdoor space is a haven for both relaxation and entertaining. The generous infinity pool features a Jacuzzi section, water loungers for 7 people and a shallow children's area, whilst the surrounding terrace has been furnished with large parasols, 6 sun loungers, a shaded day bed and swing seat. A sunken seating area offers an idyllic space to relax and the pergola-covered dining area with sea views and a built-in BBQ creates an inviting atmosphere for al fresco gatherings.

Providing a spectacular panoramic view, the roof terrace also offers an additional space for guests to unwind, complete with a rooftop bar and comfortable seating.
