Just a 15-minute walk to Kalkan’s vibrant old town, boutiques and restaurants, Villa Tosca provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests within easy reach of all that Kalkan has to offer.

The accommodation at Villa Tosca is arranged as follows:

Ground floor - open plan living/dining/kitchen area:
The open-plan ground floor comprises a bright comfortable living area with satellite TV, two sofas and an armchair surrounding a coffee table, a sleek well-equipped kitchen, and a dining space with a table for 6, offering views of the pool terrace and Kalkan Bay.

First floor - double and twin en-suite bedrooms
Ascend to the first floor, where a double room (with super king size bed) and a twin room await, each with en-suite shower rooms and furnished balconies to enjoy the sea and mountain views. 

Second floor - Master bedroom suite with roof terrace
The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, boasting a spacious en-suite shower room, super king size bed, a generous wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. Expansive floor to ceiling glass doors open up the panoramic sea views and lead out onto the spacious roof terrace where sun-loungers, a cushioned sofa set and raised outdoor Jacuzzi await, providing an idyllic setting to revel in the spectacular views. A pergola is provided for shade from the Mediterranean sun.

Outdoor space
Outside you will find the large private infinity pool with mosaic steps, surrounded by 6 sunbeds and 4 parasols providing options to soak up the sun's rays or bask in the cool shade. Four movable tables provide the perfect place for drinks, books, or phones between the sunbeds and a rattan swing chair offers the perfect place to relax with a good book. A bbq and dining area for 6 shaded by a pergola is ideal for alfresco meals, and a table tennis table is provided for a touch of entertainment.
