The villa has a spacious outdoor area complete with a private infinity pool and garden, which makes it suitable for larger family or friend groups. Villa Ayala benefits from four indoor Jacuzzi baths, a Turkish Hamman, table tennis and table football.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over four floors as follows.
Ground floor
Villa Ayala has a modern open plan living area which consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge features a large corner sofa with integrated speakers, an arm chair, a fireplace, a coffee table and a large LCD TV.
