The accommodation in detail
Located within a 15-20 minute stroll down to Kalkan's old town, Villa Berlin is a south facing property benefitting from the sun all day. 
Ground floor
Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by a spacious open plan living area comprising the kitchen, dining and lounge space. The modern kitchen has been well-equipped to allow guests to self-cater and is accompanied by an island with two stools and large dining table seating up to 10 guests. The main living space features a L-shaped sofa, coffee table and Satellite TV. This open living area displays a delightful view out to sea with access to the pool terrace through sliding doors.
Guests can find the first bedroom on the ground floor. This twin bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, dressing table, wardrobe and garden view.
There is a separate WC on this level. 
First floor
The next two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These are both double bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, dressing table, wardrobe and private furnished balcony with views of Kalkan's bay and the sea. The master bedroom also benefits from a Jacuzzi bath in the ensuite. 
Second floor
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One twin and one double bedroom which share an ensuite shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with a dressing table, wardrobe and provides access onto the furnished roof terrace with sweeping views over Kalkan's Bay and the sea. 
Outdoor space
Villa Berlin's L8m x W4.8m x D1.7m private pool is the centre of the outdoor space. Large parasols and ample cushioned sun loungers line the swimming pool, whilst a swing chair and cushioned armchair set provide further seating options for guests. Each area of the pool terrace has been carefully thought out with the furniture positioned to allow guests to enjoy the views over Kalkan and out to sea. 
To the side of the pool terrace guests will find an outdoor dining area featuring a large dining table which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The BBQ is located here to enable friends and family groups to easily enjoy al-fresco dining together.
The spacious roof terrace is furnished with a swing seat, cushioned armchair set and an outdoor Jacuzzi. This space adds another area to the property where guests can take in the views and relax. 
Pool heating is available for an additional charge.
