Villa Acacia | TC5049 | Luxury beachfront villa in Koh Samui with private pool

Located just a few steps away from Maenam beach in Koh Samui, Villa Acacia is encompassed by lush tropical greenery and spread over 22 metres of beachfront, making relaxing beach days, long walks along the sand or early morning swims easily available. This Koh Samui beach villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 separate pavilions set around a central courtyard containing mature tropical plants and palm trees. Adjacent is a private pool with a Thai style outdoor Sala providing the perfect shaded meeting place with incredible views across the horizon to Koh Phan Ngan beyond. Ensuring you can relax and unwind completely your dedicated villa manager, housekeeper, and talented chef are close at hand and available at the call of a button.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and laid out as follows;

The first pavilion (main living area):

With high timber ceilings and large glass sliding doors, this pavilion is the first you will encounter as you walk through the entrance. It is separated into 3 rooms, a European style kitchen with full Siemens appliances and dining area (seating up to 10),  living room (which allows access to the W/C), and a media room with an overhead projector and dropdown screen. For those days where you'd like to stay in and relax, the living room furnished with comfortable seating and coffee table also has a smart TV with satellite television and Netflix.

You can self-cater, and buy groceries for your own meals but also have the option of an in-villa dining experience prepared by your personal chef. Prices would be similar to eating out.

The master suite pavilion:

A king-sized bed is located in the centre of the room and looks out towards Maenam beach. The room has large open spaces, a polished wooden floor, walk-in wardrobe, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, a writing desk/make-up table, access to a satellite TV and DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath tub. It opens to a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee!

The double pavilion:

Just a few steps away from the gym and much like the master suite, the double pavilion has a king-sized bed, polished wooden floor, vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan, access to a satellite TV and DVD player, a writing desk/make-up counter, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and bathtub. 

The twin room pavilion:

Housing two twin bedrooms next to each other, both rooms in the twin pavilion have polished wooden floors, fitted wardrobes, writing desk/make-up counter, a ceiling fan, and access to an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The gym pavilion:

The villa has it's own private well-equipped, fully air-conditioned gym located between the double bed and twin room pavilions for those guests who like to stay active on holiday.

The outside area:

With lush greenery surrounding all 4 pavilions, the outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with steps for easy access and views of Maenam beach. Guests have complimentary use of 2 kayaks to explore the shoreline. The outdoor Thai style Sala (open pavilion) with daybed and canopy, speakers, table and chairs and gas fired outdoor BBQ, provides the perfect shaded meeting place with views across the horizon to Koh Phan Ngan beyond. A garden shower is well positioned for rinsing off after a swim and there is private parking right outside.

Staff & Services:

The dedicated on site villa manager, daily housekeeper and chef each provide a discreet and amenable service and can be summoned by the press of a button. Breakfast is included and will be prepared daily for you the chef at which point you can discuss any further dining requirements for the day with your villa manager. A comprehensive (priced) menu is available and includes an array of delicious Thai and Western cuisine. Your villa chef will cook complimentary when you order dishes from the Miskawaan in-villa menu.

For special occasions, it is possible to hire a chef to prepare a barbeque at your villa or even a tailored banquet on the beach for the perfect tropical island celebration.

There are a number of optional paid services available such as an in-villa massage, vehicle with driver or a nanny service for families.

The Miskawaan Estate comprises 7 premium Samui beach villas and there is 24 hour monitored security and maintenance teams on hand. There is also an English-speaking Estate Manager available should you need any help advice or have any special requests.

Villa Sila and Villa Wayu are 2 larger villas each with seven bedrooms located 700m away on the Miskawaan Residences Estate. These can be booked together or separately, ideal for wedding parties or corporate events.

Location

Villa Acacia is part of the spacious sanctuary that is Miskawaan and sits on the Maenam beachfront on the north coast of Koh Samui. The villas at Miskawaan are situated side by side, but nestled amongst tropical foliage and greenery to add privacy, while still benefiting from all the services on the estate. 

Stroll along the beach and you will discover various different cafés and restaurants overlooking the sea. A short walk inland takes you to Maenam's main 'walking street' which has plenty of eateries and shops of its own, but really comes alive every Thursday with a night market of exciting stalls selling clothes, souveniers, handicrafts, sizzling snacks, and you will even find mobile cocktail bars offering much cheaper versions of what you can find in the local bars and restaurants.

Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to The Royal Samui Golf course, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Alternatively, guests may wish to venture to Bophut, known as the Fisherman's Village, where there is an abundance of restaurants, or the popular resort of Chaweng Beach - the largest town on the island - and just a 20-minute drive away.

Please note for larger groups who want to holiday together, yet still retain their own privacy, Villa Acacia can be booked alongside Villa Bougainvillea and a subtle gate connects the 2 properties. There are 9 beachfront villas in total on the Miskawaan estate and Residences estate offering the ideal opportunity for destination wedding guests or larger groups of friends and family to holiday in the same location in Koh Samui.
