Bordering 25 metres of pristine beach frontage on the north coast of Koh Samui, Villa Champak is thoughtfully designed to incorporate traditional Thai influences with contemporary style. With private gated access directly onto Maenam beach, renowned for its spectacular sunsets; the enviable location invites numerous opportunities for beach days soaking up the views, sandy walks or an invigorating dip whenever the mood takes you. This Samui beach villa has its own dedicated villa manager ensuring your stay is stress free, there is daily housekeeping and breakfast is prepared each morning by your private in-villa chef.

This Samui beach villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises 3 pavillions that form a courtyard around a central 14m private swimming pool flanked by palm trees, creating a tropical oasis with views over the beach to Koh Phan Ngan in the distance. The interiors are fresh and crisp with traditional Thai influences that reflect the location in Koh Samui, often described as 'the Jewel of Thailand's Gulf'. The 5 bedroom suites each with its' own en-suite facilities are ideal for accommodating families, groups of friends or destination wedding guests.

There's ample space to wander between pavilions, garden, pool, the sala and the white sands of Maenem beach. Table football and pool table are provided for guests entertainment and there are complimentary Kayaks and snorkelling equipment available should you wish to do some exploring by sea. A fully equipped shared gym is available on the estate for those who like to stay active on holiday. 

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and laid out as follows;

Twin and family bedroom pavilion:

This pavilion is at the rear of the courtyard and houses a large family bedroom and two of the twin bedrooms. The family bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds, a leather sofa and has en-suite shower room facilities. Each twin room is furnished with 2 single beds, local artwork, desk and both have their own en-suite shower room facilities. 

Living area pavilion:

The pavilion to the left of the pool (looking out to sea) has a fully equipped kitchen which leads into the open plan dining and living area with statement vaulted white-washed timber ceiling. The dining room is dominated by an impressive round table with upholstered chairs and there is access to a WC from here. The lounge has a comfortable sofa suite and TV with satellite and CD/DVD player. Doors from the lounge lead out onto a generous veranda with a bar, music system, and table and chairs for alfresco dining. Adjacent is the built in bbq.

Master suite & double bedroom pavilion:

The pavilion to the right side of the pool (looking out to sea) has polished wooden floors and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities which include a shower and bathtub. Glass sliding doors open out onto the poolside. The master suite has a teak double bed a TV with satellite and CD/DVD player and a walk-in dressing area that leads into the en-suite bathroom with twin basins, shower and bathtub. Doors from the bedroom open out onto a veranda furnished with sun-loungers.

Pool and grounds:

At the end of the pool is the Thai style sala (open pavilion) complete with a comfortable cushioned outside suite and coffee table. This separates the pool from the lawned garden which has an outdoor shower and a private gated entrance to the beach.

Staff & Services:

The dedicated on site villa manager, daily housekeeper and chef each provide a discreet and amenable service and can be summoned by the press of a button. Breakfast is included and will be prepared daily for you by the chef at which point you can discuss any further dining requirements for the day with your villa manager. A comprehensive (priced) menu is available and includes an array of delicious Thai and Western cuisine. Your villa chef will cook complimentary when you order dishes from the Miskawaan in-villa menu.

For special occasions, it is possible to hire a chef to prepare a barbeque at your villa or even a tailored banquet on the beach for the perfect tropical island celebration.

There are a number of optional paid services available such as an in-villa massage, vehicle with driver or a nanny service for families.

Guests staying at Villa Champak have complimentary use of the shared gym on the Miskawaan estate and also complimentary use of Kayaks and snorkelling equipment.

The Miskawaan Estate comprises 7 premium Samui beach villas and there is 24 hour monitored security and maintenance teams on hand. There is also an English-speaking Estate Manager available should you need any help advice or have any special requests.

Villa Sila and Villa Wayu are two additional larger villas, each with 7 bedrooms located 700m away on the Residences Estate. These can be booked together or separately, ideal for wedding parties or corporate events.

Location

Villa Champak is part of the spacious sanctuary that is Miskawaan and sits on the Maenam beachfront on the north coast of Koh Samui. The villas at Miskawaan are situated side by side but nestled amongst tropical foliage and greenery to add privacy, while still benefiting from all the services on the estate. 

Stroll along the beach and you will discover various different cafés and restaurants overlooking the sea. A short walk inland takes you to Maenam's main 'walking street' which has plenty of eateries and shops of its own, but really comes alive every Thursday with a night market of exciting stalls selling clothes, souvenirs, handicrafts, sizzling snacks, and you will even find mobile cocktail bars offering much cheaper versions of what you can find in the local bars and restaurants.

Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to The Royal Samui Golf course, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Alternatively, guests may wish to venture to Bophut, known as the Fisherman's Village, where there is an abundance of restaurants, or the popular resort of Chaweng Beach - the largest town on the island - and just a 20-minute drive away.

Notes

Villa Champak can be booked alongside the neighbouring Villa Bougainvillia or Villa Lotus - great for large groups who want to holiday together, yet still retain their own privacy. There are 9 beachfront villas in total on the Miskawaan estate and Residences estate, offering the ideal opportunity for destination wedding guests or larger groups of friends and family to holiday in the same location in Koh Samui.

Please note, rates do not include: Baggage handling, gratuities, telephone fax or telegram charges, car rental, food and drink and/or liquor, personal items and expenses due to any other third parties, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing etc.) or replacement of breakages (fair wear and tear accepted).

Security deposits: The Miskawaan estate reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 upon arrival at the villa against any loss or damages. Upon request of the guest this will be refunded on the departure date, less any such costs. The security deposit may also be used to cover any bill charges.
