Villa Frangipani | TC5067 | 5 bedroom luxury beachfront villa with pool in Koh Samui

Located on Maenam beach, just a short walk from the local village shops and restaurants sits the luxurious beachfront Villa Frangipani on the Miskawaan estate. Situated along an impressive 27 metres of pristine beach front, this Koh Samui villa offers stylish accommodation for up to 10 guests with a combination of cream walls, an abundance of timber and use of local carvings creating a traditional Thai aesthetic. The property has a dedicated villa manager, daily housekeeping and a personal in-villa chef to prepare your daily breakfast (included) and any other (priced) meals on request.

Villa Frangipani is arranged over one floor and comprises of 5 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a professional kitchen as well as both an indoor and outdoor dining area. In the centre of the villa is a grand private swimming pool leading to garden sun loungers and perfectly positioned hammock. There is direct access from the private garden to the palm fringed beach of Maenam.

Please note that each bedroom has seperate access and there are no interconnecting rooms.

Inside the villa:

There are 3 bedrooms in the pavilion to the right of the pool - 2 king size rooms and 1 twin room, each with a modern en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with plants, paintings and clean wooden lines for a traditional Thai aesthetic.

There are two more twin bedrooms to the rear of the opposite pavilion with the same style interiors and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms in Villa Frangipani open up onto the central courtyard.

At the front of the pavilion to the left of the pool is the fully equipped kitchen fitted with a bar/island and leading to the indoor dining area seating 8. Follow the path from the indoor dining area to the covered outdoor veranda with a dining table for 10 and outdoor kitchen facilities. From the kitchen and indoor dining area you can overlook the pool area and the veranda offers expansive views of the turquoise sea.

The living area is located in the centre of the villa just behind the pool and offers comfortable seating with elegant decor and traditional architecture, the perfect setting to relax and curl up with a book or watch the world go by. There is a smart flat screen tv in the living area and Wi-Fi throughout the villa for those looking for a quick break from the sun.

Outside the villa:

The blue-tiled pool leads from the centre to the front of the villa and is just a few steps from the 27 metres of pristine beach with impressive ocean views over to Koh Phangan. There are sun loungers and day beds located at the front of the villa as well as a hammock to relax under the palm trees. 

Staff & Services:

The dedicated on site villa manager, daily housekeeper and chef each provide a discreet and amenable service and can be summoned by the press of a button. Breakfast is included and will be prepared daily for you by the chef at which point you can discuss any further dining requirements for the day with your villa manager. A comprehensive (priced) menu is available and includes an array of delicious Thai and Western cuisine. Your villa chef will cook complimentary when you order dishes from the Miskawaan in-villa menu.

For special occasions, it is possible to hire a chef to prepare a barbeque at your villa or even a tailored banquet on the beach for the perfect tropical island celebration.

There are a number of optional paid services available such as an in-villa massage, vehicle with driver or a nanny service for families.

Guests staying at Villa Frangipani have complimentary use of the shared gym on the Miskawaan Estate and also complimentary use of Kayaks and snorkelling equipment.

The Miskawaan Estate comprises 7 premium Samui beach villas and there is 24 hour monitored security and maintenance teams on hand. There is also an English-speaking Estate Manager available should you need any help advice or have any special requests.

Villa Sila and Villa Wayu are two larger villas each with 7 bedrooms located 700m away on the Residences Estate. These can be booked together or separately, ideal for wedding parties or corporate events.

Location:

Villa Frangipani is part of the spacious sanctuary that is Miskawaan and sits on the Maenam beachfront on the north coast of Koh Samui. The villas at Miskawaan are situated side by side, but nestled amongst tropical foliage and greenery to add privacy, while still benefiting from all the services on the estate. 

Stroll along the beach and you will discover various different cafés and restaurants overlooking the sea. A short walk inland takes you to Maenam's main 'walking street' which has plenty of eateries and shops of its own, but really comes alive every Thursday with a night market of exciting stalls selling clothes, souveniers, handicrafts, sizzling snacks, and you will even find mobile cocktail bars offering much cheaper versions of what you can find in the local bars and restaurants.

Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to The Royal Samui Golf course, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Alternatively, guests may wish to venture to Bophut, known as the Fisherman's Village, where there is an abundance of restaurants, or the popular resort of Chaweng Beach - the largest town on the island - and just a 20-minute drive away.
