Located in Koh Samui, with Maenam beach right on your doorstep, Villa Hibiscus comprises of three pavilions’, centred around an L-shaped (68sqm) pool surrounded by mature tropical planting that sits just in front of a Thai-style sala with double daybed and canopy, table and chairs and hammock all overlooking the beach. The interiors have an elegant Thai aesthetic and open plan living space with floor to ceiling sliding doors to make the inside flow seamlessly into the outdoors, creating an easy, relaxed atmosphere. The villa's dedicated manager is on hand to help ensure your stay is stress free, daily house keeping and an in-villa breakfast freshly prepared each morning by your private chef is included.

Outside space 

Offering a garden space filled with palms and lush greenery, along with views out onto the sandy stretch of beach and shimmering water that sits in front of the villa, Hibiscus boasts an outdoor space with multiple areas for relaxing and entertaining. A traditional Thai Sala, complete with outdoor speakers, a dining area and day bed, is at the centre of the space and is accompanied by a long swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. 

Guests will also find a gas fired BBQ in the garden space. 

Inside space 

With views of the sea and tropical Thai garden, the central pavilion provides guests with a spacious living area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with plenty of seating and a large TV. The light and airy space is finished with high quality furnishings and is true to traditional Thai style, whilst still providing modern comforts. 

Bedrooms 

Aimed to provide as much privacy as possible, the master bedroom is located in its own pavilion towards the back of the property. The bedroom comprises of a large double bed, en-suite marble floored bathroom with twin sinks, a bath tub and shower (both indoor and outdoor), a walk-in wardrobe, desk and TV. 

The remaining three bedrooms (one twin and two double's) can be found in a separate pavilion. Each bedroom is equipped with an indoor and outdoor shower room and a walk-in wardrobe. 

Staff & Services:

There are staff quarters located just begind the villa and your dedicated on site villa manager, daily housekeeper and chef each provide a discreet and amenable service and can be summoned by the press of a button. Breakfast is included and will be prepared daily for you by the chef at which point you can discuss any further dining requirements for the day with your villa manager. A comprehensive (priced) menu is available and includes an array of delicious Thai and Western cuisine. Your villa chef will cook complimentary when you order dishes from the Miskawaan in-villa menu.

For special occasions, it is possible to hire a chef to prepare a barbeque at your villa or even a tailored banquet on the beach for the perfect tropical island celebration.

There are a number of optional paid services available such as an in-villa massage, vehicle with driver or a nanny service for families.

Guests staying at Villa Hibiscus have complimentary use of the shared gym on the Miskawaan estate and also compimentary use of Kayaks and snorkelling equipment.

The Miskawaan Estate comprises 7 premium Samui beach villas and there is 24 hour monitored security and maintenance teams on hand. There is also an English-speaking Estate Manager available should you need any help advice or have any special requests.

Villa Sila and Villa Wayu are two larger villas each with 7 bedrooms located 700m away on the Residences Estate. These can be booked together or separately, ideal for wedding parties or corporate events.

Location

Villa Hibiscus is part of the spacious sanctuary that is Miskawaan and sits on the Maenam beachfront on the north coast of Koh Samui. The villas at Miskawaan are situated side by side, but nestled amongst tropical foliage and greenery to add privacy, while still benefiting from all the services on the estate. 

Stroll along the beach and you will discover various different cafés and restaurants overlooking the sea. A short walk inland takes you to Maenam's main 'walking street' which has plenty of eateries and shops of its own, but really comes alive every Thursday with a night market of exciting stalls selling clothes, souveniers, handicrafts, sizzling snacks, and you will even find mobile cocktail bars offering much cheaper versions of what you can find in the local bars and restaurants.

Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to The Royal Samui Golf course, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Alternatively, guests may wish to venture to Bophut, known as the Fisherman's Village, where there is an abundance of restaurants, or the popular resort of Chaweng Beach - the largest town on the island - and just a 20-minute drive away.

Villa Hibiscus can be booked alongside Villa Bougainvillea for larger groups who want to remain separate, yet still have easy access to each other. There are 9 beachfront villas in total on the Miskawaan estate and Residences estate, offering the ideal opportunity for destination wedding guests or larger groups of friends and family to holiday in the same location in Koh Samui.
