Ground Floor
Villa Olympia's main living space is a blend of modern design and relaxed comfort, with high ceilings and an open-plan layout that comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. A sleek, contemporary kitchen, where bold navy cabinetry makes a stylish statement effortlessly connects to the lounge space offering a backdrop of soft, neutral tones. A large American-style fridge-freezer, built-in wine fridge, and central island with bar stools for four add both function and flair to the already well-equipped kitchen. Adjacent, a dining table for eight encourages shared meals, while the spacious lounge area invites you to unwind with a corner sofa, comfy armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Full-height sliding glass doors frame the views of the pool and sea beyond.

The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor. This master suite includes a king-size bed, bedside tables, a dressing room with wardrobe space, a flat screen TV, seating area and en-suite shower room. Full-height glass doors open directly onto a small patio space on the pool terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and facing the sea. 

When the afternoon heat calls for a break from the sun, the cinema room offers a cool retreat, with a large corner sofa, SMART TV with Netflix, and cosy atmosphere. 

There is also a WC on the ground floor for guests' convenience. 

First Floor
The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. 

The first master suite includes a king-size bed, bedside tables, a spacious a dressing room with wardrobe space, en-suite shower room, and a separate lounge area with a cushioned sofa and coffee table facing a flat-screen TV. Full-height glass doors flood the room with natural light and open to breath-taking sea views. 

The second master suite is a spacious room with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a flat screen TV, a dressing room  with wardrobe space, and en-suite shower room. Full-height feature windows make the most of the high ceilings and frame views over the sea and old town.

The twin bedroom includes two single beds, bedside tables, a flat screen TV, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room. Full-height glass doors offer sea and mountain views. 

Each of the three first-floor bedrooms opens directly onto a wide, shared terrace that stretches across the full width of the villa. This outdoor space is furnished with a cushioned sofa set, four sun loungers shaded by two large parasols, and a couple of smaller table-and-chair sets - offering plenty of options for relaxing or enjoying the view. Sleek, electronically operated pergolas extend across much of this terrace, offering adjustable shade. The terrace overlooks both the sea and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful spot to unwind at any time of day.

There is also a utility room on the first floor.  

Outside Space
Villa Olympia's outdoor space is every bit as impressive as its interior, thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the villa's position and panoramic sea views. At the centre of the terrace, a private pool invites you to cool off, with a generous decked area directly in front furnished with eight sun loungers, all carefully placed to overlook the bay. A spacious grassed area surrounds the pool, softening the space and adding a touch of greenery. 

To one side, a kitchenette and built-in BBQ provide everything you need for relaxed outdoor dining, accompanied by a dining table for eight, set beneath an electronically controlled pergola. Nearby, a separate bar seating area with stools for four offers a sociable spot for evening drinks as the sun sets. Location
Villa Olympia is centrally located in Kalkan, just a short 3-5 minute stroll from Yali Beach Club where you can enjoy a day by the sea. Kalkan's harbour, Indigo Beach Club and the charming Old Town are all within a 10-minute walk, enabling guests to easily explore all that Kalkan has to offer on foot.
