The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The villa is accessed via a named gate from the road above down a pathway leading through beautiful terraced gardens, adorned with fruit trees and shrubs. There is a space to park by the gate.

Main stone building: Living/dining/kitchen area and one king-sized double bedroom (can also be configured as a twin)
The main stone building creates a central space for guests staying in Villa Dolly to relax indoors and comprises a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an island and bar stool seating, along with a comfortable lounge space featuring two large sofas, coffee tables and a SMART TV. A unique collection of drawings and artefacts adorn the walls and add plenty of authentic charm to the otherwise bright and airy space. The entire floor provides easy access to the upper level terrace where an outdoor living and dining area is located via large glass doors. 
The first king-size double bedroom is located on the first floor of the main building. This is a spacious en-suite room which can be configured as either a double or twin and benefits from a private furnished balcony with panoramic sea views. 

Second stone building: Three king-size double bedrooms (can also be configured as twin bedded rooms)
On the ground floor of the second stone building, guests will find two king-size double bedrooms which each have access to the furnished pool terrace via large glass doors. At the front is the 'green bedroom' which is a particularly spacious en-suite room which can be configured as either a double or twin. The bedroom looks out over the infinity pool and beyond to Snake and Mouse Islands. The second en-suite bedroom is the 'navy bedroom' which can also be configured as either a double or twin and has only a partial sea view. 
The first floor is home to the 'orange room,' another king-size double bedroom which can be configured as either a double or twin, and benefits from a private furnished balcony with views over Kalkan's Bay.

Third stone building: Two king-size double bedrooms (can also be configured as twin bedded rooms)
On the ground floor of the third stone building, guests will find the 'pink room' which is a king-size double bedroom with sea views and direct access to the furnished pool terrace via large glass doors. This spacious en-suite room can be configured as either a double or twin.
The first floor is home to the 'turquoise room,' another king-size double bedroom which can be configured as either a double or twin, and benefits from a smaller private balcony with views over Kalkan's Bay.

Outdoor space:
Villa Dolly's outdoor space is split into two levels, both of which offer uninterrupted sea views. 
On the upper level terrace guests can find a delightful dining terrace comprising of a large al-fresco dining table, set under a pergola looking out to sea, and a traditional stone BBQ, creating a wonderful setting for large family and friend groups to indulge in Mediterranean meals together.  To enjoy an evening drink, guests can meander up to the captivating elevated platform, the perfect vantage point for admiring the enchanting sight of boats and traditional gulets making their way back to the harbour after a day at sea, or for stargazing under the night sky after sunset. There is also a further shaded comfortable sofa set for an additional space to relax and take in the glistening sea views.
The lower pool terrace showcases a large private infinity pool, along with ample sun loungers, daybeds and parasols for guests' relaxation. A table tennis table can also be found to the side of the property on this level.
