My Grill focuses on fresh seafood and premier steaks, all prepared with a southern Thai twist. Open exclusively for dinner, it combines innovative dishes with native décor and a majestic location.

Soft lighting and lounge music complement the intimate restaurant atmosphere, creating a casual yet sophisticated dinner ambience, which includes an open show kitchen revealing expert Phuket chefs at work. The chefs will also be involved in the serving of selected food and dishes, as they are finished tableside. Guests may choose to dine in the sunken outdoor dining area surrounded by a shallow pool or in the extended beach area with views of Phuket.

The enticing menu highlights the freshest local seafood and exceptional imported steaks from the finest suppliers. Additionally, a selection of the produce is sourced directly from regional farms in Phuket, Thailand and herbs are harvested from the resort gardens.

Spanning over three levels, it promises an intimate dining experience in Thailand and natural décor that evolves throughout the day, graduating from a simple, casual breakfast and lunch atmosphere to a romantic, candlelit dinner environment.

The menu highlights modern, redesigned international classics and traditional Thai favourites. As much as possible, the restaurant sources local produce in Phuket, including organic vegetables and regional fish.
