In our opinion, The Water's Edge 6 gives guests a superb holiday
experience providing a wonderful place to relax and is just one in
a handful of Kalkan properties to boast a sunbathing area with
direct access to the sea. The Water's Edge 6 is situated in a
quiet part of Kalamar Bay over on the west side and provides its
guests with a tranquil slice of paradise.
The property is part of a 6 villa development which share
a beach club style split level sunbathing area by the
shore. Each property has its own designated area with ample sun
loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

Interior
Indoors, an open plan space comprises an equipped kitchen and
dining area, as well as a Flat Screen TV and master bedroom with
super King size bed and ensuite shower room. Stone feature walls
and modern fittings and furnishings compliment each other, whilst
large glass sliding doors flood the interior with natural light and
open out onto the pool terrace where guests can enjoy the wonderful
views.
Outside
The outdoor space has been carefully thought out with a private
plunge pool positioned to make the most of the views across
the Mediterranean. The pool is accompanied by two sun
loungers, an al-fresco dining area and additional comfortable
seating area for guests to relax. Guests can stroll down to
the sunbathing platforms and waterfront for additional spots
to enjoy the warm weather and to take a swim in the
sea.
The property is part of a development along with 5 other Water's
Edge properties which lend themselves well to accommodating
larger groups in any combination of the villas and all 6 can be
booked together (subject to availability) if required. Ideal for
larger family or friendship groups, or even wedding guests who
would like to holiday together but still have their own space.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500.
The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
