A compelling combination of high quality, nicely furnished holiday accommodation in a premium location within easy walking distance of Kalkan's old town dining scene, good shopping and the beach. Accommodating up to 8 guests in considerable style and comfort, Villa Miya Evi is a great choice if you want to be in a central Kalkan location.

We are delighted to be able to make Villa Miya Evi available to Turquoise Collection guests. This is a lovely property that offers one of Kalkan's best locations, incredible sea views and stylish, well furnished living space. The constructor has been responsible for some of Kalkan's finest villas, and this property is no exception.  The top end finishes that are this constructor's trademark has created some quite beautiful living spaces in which to enjoy a truly indulgent holiday.
The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors and offers over 250 square metres of living area, and a land plot much larger than the Kalkan average allows for very generous outside space, so important for our guests.
Ground floor
The ground floor is a very large open plan space that is largely open to the sea views through a series of floor to ceiling glass doors. These doors can be opened up to connect the living space with the extensive swimming pool terraces, creating an incredible inside/outside space perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
The ground floor living area comprises lounge, kitchen, utility, office and dining space. Also on this floor are two bedroom suites, both with large, furnished sea view terraces, both of which have direct swimming pool access.
First floor
The first floor is dedicated to two further bedroom suites with unusually large furnished sea view balconies, and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a generous work area comprising of a large desk, a monitor, printer and paper shredder. 
Outdoors
The large plot on which the property is built has allowed for some wonderful outside space. A large infinity pool (fitted with a swimming jet to enable "endless" exercise swimming and pool heating on request), extensive planting, and the use of hardwood and stone to create extensive terrace space will enable guests to enjoy alfresco dining, sunbathing, and relaxation in a very beautiful environment. A new Jacuzzi has been added to the terrace and has wonderful sea views. This villa also offers a separate mini gym (ceiling height is 227cm however weights can be taken outside on the terrace). This includes a Keiser spin bike, a weights bench, TRX trainer, barbell,  kettlebells,   Bowflex and neoprene dumb bells, resistance bands, yoga mats, a step and foam rollers. There is also a large TV that is Airplay and Chromecast enabled so that the guests can cast their usual exercise class apps onto it.
It's not just the accommodation that is so special; the location allows easy access to Kalkan beach and beach clubs, and the old town itself, just a few minutes' walk away.
