In a wonderful location close to the sea and within easy walking
distance of Kalkan's atmospheric old town, this property is a very
compelling proposition indeed.
It is not just the premium location and exceptional space that
make Villa Oasis so special; 2 swimming pools, the largest of which
is 13.5 metres long, extremely generous furnished outside terraces
and balconies, 6 bedrooms (2 of which are master suites with
freestanding sea view baths) and floor to ceiling sliding glass
doors that showcase the sea and mountain views to spectacular
effect make Villa Oasis one of the most exciting new places to stay
in Kalkan.
The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors:
Ground floor
A very large open plan living area comprises of a fully
equipped kitchen that features an island, two sofas, armchairs, a
coffee table and a mounted TV. This area also has large expanses of
glass to take in the sea views.
Also on the ground floor guests will find four of the villas six
bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, vanity
table area, bedside tables, mirrored wardrobes, sea views and
sliding floor to ceiling glass doors which lead out to the pool
terrace.
Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, sliding
floor to ceiling glass doors which lead out to the garden. This
bedroom also has mirrored wardrobes, a vanity table area and
bedside tables.
Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with sea views, a vanity table area,
bed side tables and a mirrored wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - A twin bedroom with sea views, a vanity table area,
bed side tables and a mirrored wardrobe.
There is also a bathroom on this floor for the two twin bedrooms
to share.
First floor
Bedroom 5 & 6 - The first floor is entirely dedicated to
2 identical master suites with a very large connecting balcony and
open sea views. Each master suite has a king size bed facing the
sea views, built in wardrobes, a large vanity area, bed side
tables, a freestanding deep fill bath tub, double basins, shower
and WC.
Outdoors
Outside, the pool terraces are furnished with cushioned
rattan sunbeds, seating group, dining for 12 guests, sun umbrellas
and a stone barbecue.
Two fresh water infinity pools provide in our opinion, one of the
very best facilities for swimming in any private Kalkan
villa.

Villa Oasis can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Oasis and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Oasis as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Excellent location and wonderful property!
The location was stunning and villa magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and the gentleman who came along to greet us was very helpful. We wanted to do a barbeque whilst there and he arranged for the butcher to call to see us with our requirements, another gentleman brought us some fuel and we had mezees from his hotel delivered to us he really did go that extra mile for which we were very grateful. Umut and Sezen your representatives over in Kalkan really did go that extra mile as well. The cleaner was really lovely and although she spoke no English, I would get a hug. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at the Villa until we left. It was definitely the wow factor when we walked into Villa Oasis and would recommend your company 100%, and will do in future. Everything and everybody from 70 years down to 4 years was catered for.
Villa Oasis is just that, surrounded by olive groves with a view over the bay and best of all, you are only a short walk from all the action. The location is just perfect. A well made and lit meandering path down to the beach club for a later afternoon swim and sun lounger, town only a short walk away so we could all come and go as we pleased. From grandad, to the teenagers to the parents in need of a break we all had a wonderful week in this beautiful enclave. The people of Kalkan are just wonderful, warm, friendly and so appreciative that you are there enjoying their country.... PS and its great value for money!
