Situated in a prime location, Villa Manor is just a five-minute walk from Kalkan’s historic old town, beach and harbour with its array of waterside and rooftop dining options ready to tantalize your taste buds.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The villa is accessed from the private driveway down a long flight of stone steps, flanked by well-tended terraced gardens, adorned with fruit trees and shrubs.

Main stone building: Living/dining/kitchen area and 1 king-sized bedroom.
The ground floor of the main building is open plan and comprises a spacious dining area for 8 and fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as bean-to-cup coffee machine, and chilled water dispenser. The stylish living room is adorned with quality furnishings and original artwork and provides a bright and airy retreat with plenty of comfortable seating and easy access to the poolside terraces via full-height glass doors.
Ascend a flight of stairs to discover a spacious en-suite bedroom with King-sized bed and a contemporary glass-windowed en-suite shower-room (with adjustable privacy screens).  French doors lead out onto two expansive roof terraces facing South and West showcasing panoramic views of Kalkan and the bay. One of the terraces is furnished with 2 sun-loungers and the other a cushioned sofa set with coffee table providing the perfect spot to enjoy a sun-downer and take in the views.  

Second stone building: Two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, kitchinette, gym and table tennis.
On the ground floor, you'll find a king-size double bedroom with access to the large furnished sun terrace, Jacuzzi and paddling pool with spectacular sea views. There is also a twin-bedded room, both bedrooms offer private en-suite shower rooms with adjustable privacy screens. A small kitchenette on this floor adds an extra layer of convenience complete with a small oven/grill, drinks fridge and chilled water dispenser.
Upstairs, a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room awaits, (similar in style to the one in the main building). This room benefits from access to a beautiful roof terrace furnished with cushioned wooden seating from which to absorb the uninterrupted sea views.
For those seeking an active escape, the lower ground floor of the second building houses an air-conditioned gym area, equipped with top-quality machines including treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. Step outside and you will find the table tennis table.

Outdoor space
The villa's exterior offers a haven for leisure and relaxation.
Main terrace: Immerse yourself in the refreshing water of the grand infinity swimming pool which takes centre stage on the main terrace or find a quiet spot to chill with a good book in the traditional Turkish 'Köşk' seating area, elegantly shaded by a pergola surrounded with bougainvillea and olive trees. Relax on the comfortable loungers, find shade under the umbrellas, or fire up the large Weber gas barbecue for unforgettable outdoor feasts at the large wooden dining table. There is also a cushioned sofa set for an additional space to relax and take in the panoramic views. The infinity pool can be heated in the the lower season months for an extra charge.
Upper terraces: A shallow paddling pool with inviting separate Jacuzzi on the upper terraces offer the perfect opportunity for cooling off in the heat of the summer. Cushioned sun-loungers and a sofa set furnish the terrace and provide ample comfort to enjoy the views. The shallow pool and Jacuzzi can be heated for an extra charge in the lower season months.

The location in Kalkan's old town area means convenience is at your doorstep, with less than a 5-minute walk to the heart of Kalkan.
